And it might be soke sort of error that it is showing i have claimed my bonus because when i clicked on claim bonus on mail it never gave me option to claim the bonus .

Isn't monthly bonus supposed to be for 5 days, the mail i recieved stated that I'll get bonus for 5 days.

And whats different between reload and monthly bonus.

And why haven't i recieved it .

I never got bonus for 5 days it worked just for one day .

And whats benifit of bronz level vip because i recieved total of 10$ bonus when i was not bronz and now it gives 11$ .

Monthly bonus can be given as a one time bonus or as a reload. You have received your monthly bonus as a whole, not as a reload.

Marketing team decides who will get a one time bonus, and who will get a reload.

Benefits are based on your gameplay, and we don't have any insight on how it is calculated.

Okay i understand but, Then what's the point of mail starting that I'll get bonus for next 5 days.

It was stated in the mail sent by stake and i would appreciate if stake provides what it claims to give .

If it was not mentioned there then i would have no issues with one time bonus.

That was the promo email, and every user has received. It states everything that you might receive if you met certain requirements. The ones that met the criteria for the reload, they have received a 5 day reload.
