Hello moderators and admins of Stake, I hope you are well, this thread is not intended to offend anyone and I also know that you do not have to give explanations, however there are many (frequent) users who are with the same problem. They are considered rain abusers and not only that, but there is also the problem of the codes.
We already know that this is the case, even though you continue not to answer any of the questions that we, the customers, have.
If you ask me, NO. I'm not in the chat just for the benefits, but of course it's a great motivator. I would love to know, if there is a real reason about the bans, because here it doesn't matter the deposits, losses or “disproportion” of rainfall between one user and another. 
They started by saying ( @eduardopieldecuero ) that they wanted to fight the bots. We believed you at first, when none of the regular stake users could redeem telegram bonuses.
But everything was escalating until we, REAL stake USERS, started to get first the B and now the R.

It is your company and you know that there is an infinite amount of irregularities, now I ask myself. Why is the solution always to take the benefits from the depositing client, especially from the old accounts? 

To close the subject.
Will there be any kind of credible answer from you?
If you are organizing everything to clean up the site from multi-accounts, that would be great. 
But we need to hear it from you.

Very true, many times you receive a ban, when you ask support they do not give a specific answer to the reason, they only ask for patience. Every day we see a greater number of multi-accounts who enjoy more benefits than frequent casino users

The rains are set for the new accounts, so they can be dragged on stake for more deposits. From P1 and above they think we will deposit more often then before.. but I think is exactly the opposite. Because myself I stopped doing deposits only because of to much new alt on chat just for rain farming.

This is totally unacceptable. I was betting with a lot of money and making aggressive sports bets so the ban on receiving all types of profits impacted my account.    Clearly Stake is going to lose the most users because of not knowing how to handle an easy to resolve situation. The marketing team is just plain stupid.  Just raise the wagering requirement.  How are you going to drive out loyal users who make a living betting big money?  The worst thing about it is that you don't get any explanation. All they do is lie to the customers. Sorry but I don't bet here anymore.

If we all want to have a transparent community free of scammers, you could start by setting an example and communicating the truth. What is the true criterion for B? Or is it just given at random? The same thing is happening with the rains although you don't want to admit it. If you are doing it for the benefit of the community... then what is the problem in admitting the measure adopted?

I was blocked last week without receiving rain in 20 days.   Shameful way to steal from customers. Poor communication, bad casino.  They deserve the worst.  Instead of kicking out the farmers they end up kicking out the loyal customers of many years.   3 years since 2021 that I am here. Really disappointing.   @Edward  you are responsible.  They will lose all their customers, this is going down.

I personally received 7 day Ban on Both of these but I'm a real gambler with lots of Depo's, Profits and Losses.

My question is why I got restricted but you can see abusers are still receiving, making even more with less competition.

Today I made my last deposit until it's clarified what will happen. On my part, I have completed 30,000 in wagers this week despite being banned from Rains and codes. I am very disappointed.

How should I put it? Discussing these things in the chatroom can get you muted by the mods for spreading "false information"; the customer service and marketing teams keep passing the buck! If there's anyone to blame, it's our leader Eddie for his poor judgment in choosing people.

Hi! How are you? Of course, they can mute you for talking about or promoting things that make people nervous (not everyone has the patience that we have), but the support team has already admitted that the famous rain ban does exist. Now they've changed their tune. Before, they said, "There are too many people fighting for the rain, keep chatting," and now they say they're sorry for what's happening (and that there's nothing wrong with your account). Is it that hard to tell the truth? Wouldn't it be simpler to tell the people in the forum or chat (since we're the ones who are always here), "We're in a trial-and-error phase"? And you, Eduardo... get it together, man. We already know you've abandoned your "stake" son for your "kick" nephew, but come on, brother, give us the real answer. We can tell when you're lying or when you blame us for X or Y when we have nothing to do with it.

actually i contacted support team about my concern( tg code drops) too BUT

what i just want is direct to the point i want to hear like for example.."you are banned for claiming tg drop codes coz you violate this and that...coz you are not actually eligible for the reason that or you are using a bot😂....then i should  not be thinking they hate me or they want to kick me out😏

Stake knows and apart from the complaints that are made about the multi-accounts that are in the chat, they absolutely know it, but they don't care at all and I don't think they will do it, although they know that multi-accounts abuse the benefits

People who abuse Stake are banned, you cannot cheat.
For example, spending all day on Dice making tickets with cents or other methods. Less complaints and depositing and playing well without abusing the system.

That's not entirely true. In my case, I never did anything to abuse the system, nor anything in my entire life.
I wager about 50k every week, yet they gave me "an update to my account" twice.

Which is fine, I don't really mind tbh, except from the fact that a lot of people can bypass this by creating hundreds of multi accounts with fake IDs (we all know that the last few months chat communities have gone downhill). This system only harms loyal customers (labeled as "abusers") and makes you think that cheating is accepted and promoted.

Btw this secret system you are implementing it’s dumb because the spanish chat got A LOT of multi accounts because of this st*pid “Rain abuser” ban. just ban the multi accounts and leave the vip members in peace. You will be lost a lot of loyal members at this point

You say that the casino is a place where people come to deposit and play. Are you saying that those of us who don't agree with your comment are only in the chat for the benefits? It seems to me that you're just trying to look like a champion, but you're really just being a fool defending the stake. Do you know why? Because I always (actually, I used to) see you in the chat complaining about everything! Because all you want right now is to look good so your friends will celebrate you, without realizing that there's an issue with the site regarding older accounts (most of them). I think, sir, it's time for you to set aside your pride, grow up, and realize that there are people who genuinely enjoy the chat and, of course, its benefits. You're not the only one who wins or loses, just in case you think you are! In fact, yes, we're free to leave, but I think you lack understanding. just stop all the rain and all the tipping in any chatchannel. You would get rid of rainbots and beggars in one strike. Me as not chatter would prefer they collect rain and in case someone wants to give a tip to the whole community collect those too and divide them once a year among active players as so called yearly.
