Hello there !

Stake closed my account to withdrawals about 1 month ago. But it did not close deposit transactions. And I was not given any information. I have no idea when my account was closed, but I noticed this situation about 3-4 weeks ago. ( I'm sure I didn't do anything illegal. There is absolutely no reason for this. )

When I contacted Support, they told me to do KYC4 and then my account would be opened. I upload the requested documents on the KYC page. I declare my income and upload official documents. They have been rejecting every document I have sent for about 3 weeks. I show all the invoices of my sales, all the money coming into my bank account, but it is not accepted.I tried everything written here. No logical explanation is given to me. There is no logical explanation as to why these documents were rejected.

There is money in my account now. Stake does not allow me to withdraw this money. New members can withdraw money even with KYC1, I know people who withdraw thousands of dollars. I currently have KYC3 in my account and they do not allow me to withdraw the money. When I try to upload KYC4, they reject all documents.

I will have surgery tomorrow and I have not been able to withdraw the money from my account for a month, even though I have not done anything illegal. They do not approve KYC4 either. What should I do?

I'm going through the same thing as you. I'm Platinum 4 and have been playing since 2020. I was verified up to level 3, and now I have to redo all the levels without any explanation, and it's impossible to make a withdrawal or even play :(

What documents are required for KYC4 verification?

Level 4: You would need to upload a bank statement and payslip from your employer for the previous 3 months in a PDF format, just like for the previous level you can merge this into a single document. You can see the list of acceptable documents and how they should be uploaded below, but keep in mind that we would need a bank statement and payslip for this specific case:
