getting restricted from claiming bonus code ( i claimed a 1$ code )

so got restrcited again  twice in row how many of you faced a situition like this and what steps i can take to prevent it it sucks guyss 

cannot buy veggis 😢 for home please help 

got this mail on 2 sept so  7 days should have been fine after 9 th 

but then 

got this again 6 hour ago  so more  7 days ban 

 

in between i think i just claime 1$ bonus on  9th sept 

 

 

can you guys tell me the reason why this is happening  or what can i do ? 

do i take a break from stake and dont come back like a month or so ?
