Wrongfully suspended by host for no reason

Hi, I’d like to elaborate on the situation that I’m currently facing with steak. I have a host that barely replies when I talk to and that gives me low wager bonuses which I had to host prior previous. They were giving me a lot more than what he was giving me, and they were like productive and replying Upon whenever I talk to them so I told my host that I’m going through a mental breakdown because of the losses and I want to. I want to bonus to actually get on his self side and let him maybe send me another bonus but I got surprised by getting suspended for six months and no way back. I can’t do anything about it and no one is helping me and that’s just wrongfully wrong and unfair to do because I never declared or never stated that I wanna be suspended and I was just saying that to get on a soft spot that’s it if I was mentally bankrupt or anything like that I wouldn’t be wing that much on steak on a daily basis .

Whoa that's a strong move by the host. Maybe you did get on his/her soft side and they think they made the right call because of what you mentioned about your mental health. There could also be a  policy/ guidline by casino to not let players in a certain state of mind to continue play with them.. refer Terrance Watanabe vs. Caesars Palace and Rio Casino, Mark Johnston vs. Downtown Grand Casino

In the absence of a given reason for their actions, you can assume that whatever you were doing, was preventing them from taking your money, or worse you taking their money.

Normally when someone write something like you ( mental breakdown ) they should automatically close your account.

No one can help you and you are out of your mind. What did you think is going to happen?

 

 

They Sign up to responsible gambling if you write something like that they have obligation to suspend your account.

 

The host did only what must do and you got what you deserve.

 

 

You can be lucky , you didn't get perma ban.

 

Next make up some better story or excuse to get extra bonus.

Sorry to hear about your issues mate, I have a relative with mental health problems and I know that it can be totally destructive.

 

Unfortunately I'd have to side with the host here..

You told him you were having a mental breakdown because of your losses..

He would have been acting unprofessionally and unethically if he hadn't suspended your account

By suspending your account, your host was acting in your own best interests, by making sure you

couldn't lose any more.
