For example weekly drops are like 16-18 mil each week and monthly is much much higher. Also sometimes there are some events that happens so they take advantage of the opportunity to drop monthly during events. Also if there was a fixed date then players could plan or avoid depositing before drop.

They calculate bonuses with a complicated formula. Monthly is calculated from last monthly (not just 30 days). They also calculate bonuses based on last week's wager. If you wager 100k 3 weeks ago but nothing the next 2 and monthly drops it will be lower than if you did nothing for 2 weeks then wager 100k a few days before drop.
