Post/Pre Monthly Bonus

Hey guys, are there pre/post monthly bonuses every month ? 

Like is it confirmed that you get one of these every month or is it not ?

These types of bonuses are not guaranteed unlike the weekly and monthly bonuses. So no, they do not give these bonuses every month.
