i am now  for more than 4 days very very active in chat and i still dont gather any rain ... anyone got the same problem ?

never had that situation before .. every day the rain bot oder ppl rain will hit me even its only one time but i still get a rain hit  .. but since 4days  there is no rain for me ... i cant believe that ... i am more activ in the chat, like the active 02 drink can be...

thats the answer every support is giving me xd i  have almost 5k wager , kyc level2 since 1 1/2 year now i am active in the chat i know the conidtions , i recieved enough rain past months , but thats the first time i really dont get anything ... i am online since yesterday active in the chat like no other ^^ thats why i dont get it there was never a day i dont recieve rain for days .... even because of my activity in the chat thats never happend before ^^  ..

this has to be a rain ban otherwise this situation cant be explained ^^

happened to me as well.. no worries just need to wait like 2 or 3 days more and you will receive again, but this days is little bit hard to get it because of new farmers in chat.

Try going to the settings under

Preferences ->Community --> Switch on Exclude from rain and switch off again after 2-3 minutes.

There should be an automatic mechanism to only stop the rain for those who don't play anything on stake.

Not only that, but they can even ban you permanently from chat if you’re too active. It feels like they don’t welcome newcomers in certain local communities and will ban them for ridiculous reasons.

They banned me after I tried to encourage people in one of these chats, claiming I was a bot and giving me a 54-year mute across the whole platform. Yet, the same messages were always fine and even welcomed in the English chat.

I’ve already submitted an appeal. We will see.

Actually some users are experiencing the same. The reason for this is rain have different categories. If you get muted a lot of times.  Your chances of getting rain is on the bottom, which is most likely have 1 percent to get rain. Then there's mid catchers who muted few times only. And those lucky catchers are the one who didn't get muted on their account.
