Withdrawal not received

I had given a withdrawal on 2 October of INR 47215 (withdrawal ID 2188189457). it is showing sucessful but not credited in my account till now. 

I have contacted live support so many times and they provided UTR number 427614985006 and told to visit bank branch.

I am visiting my bank daily since on 07 oct 2024. 

Bank is telling that no money has been credited in my bank account from this UTR no.

Wrote [email protected] ans given all the documents which they asked for.

It's been more than 7 days giving all documents to them but they are telling same thing from last 7 days.

i.e.  We are working on your case. 

Please some moderator or some other official please help. 

I am platinum level II VIP but not getting support from stake.

Kindly allow the Support team some time, and they will get back to you as soon as they have an update regarding this matter.

Moderators and Community Managers here on the Forum cannot help you with this issue, the only thing that can be done is to wait for support team for an answer.
