Bet limits

Is bet limits calculated by max win or amount wager?

 

Message says cash out or lower bet. How will cashing out effect this?

@Mossiejaja for example in BTC there is a limit of 8 BTC profit in a single bet.

That means that if you are betting at 2X multiplier, the max amount you can bet is 8 BTC.

But if you were betting in roulette on a single number (36X multiplier) the max bet is 0.228BTC.

Oh mav explained this nice but isnt he betting eth instead of btc. Also that balance amount is omg.

Thank you for your clarity  There is a misconception that people think the maximum bet is 8btc, but that's not the case.

It is the profit that is limited to 8btc

This was the case on this famous bet:

ok but that's eth... if he wins even a 100x it's just 10eth, that ain't equal to 8btc! whats the max win with eth?

I said "for example in BTC ......." to explain the concept that there is a max PROFIT on every bet, explaining it in BTC.

 

Currently the max profit for an ETH bet is 80ETH.

In the example we can see, the bet amount was very near 0.1 ETH, so if the system showed that message means that by going low or high on the next card, the multiplier was potentially 800X or higher.
