Try to set low daily goals and grind towards them by playing small bets.

play some system like martingale, and start with low bets... and set daily goals, when you finish it then stop for that day

Hard to manage greed.  The worst thing is winning and a false sense of confidence you can repeat past results.  The suggestion of limiting your bank roll and setting small goals is sound, but good luck having the self control to stick to a plan.
