paixxao Posted October 28, 2024 #1 Posted October 28, 2024 The community Needs answers urgently, On the 19th I was banned from Drops and Chuvas, when my Ban came out, I was free for about 6 hours, and shortly afterwards I received the Email again banning me from DROPS and Chuvas, However I was banned for the second time consecutive week, Without getting exactly ANY drops from the platform, absolutely None, This characterizes Crime on the part of the platform since the propaganda is made based on us having access to bonuses, upon reaching X amount Bet and similar, and when we reach the amount bet, we received email for 2 consecutive weeks. It says here that I will be eligible for drops after 7 days, but this is a LIE, when the day arrives you receive punishment again, we question moderators in the chat, they tell us to look for support, when looking for Support, the support washes their hands and doesn't provides us with no type of information, or corrects the platform's error, the situation has gone from bad to worse, the platform insists on the lie that there is no punishment for Rains, but this is a big lie that has been told to us, WE ALL KNOW THAT ,We have a serious problem in the BRAZILIAN COMMUNITY, where players have CREATED numerous alternative accounts with family members' CPF, to farm the platform's bonuses, and we who play normally, are being blocked by lies and senseless punishments, if there is no OFFICIAL response by the platform, I invite everyone to demand answers in RECLAME AQUI, since there, the population will know that there are irregularities and crimes being committed by the platform before the Law Misleading or abusive advertising is prohibited by the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) in articles 37 and 67: Article 37 It defines misleading advertising as any information or communication that misleads the consumer about the characteristics, quality, quantity, price, origin, among other data about products and services. I lose a lot and I may be very sad about my loss, but I do not complain. I try to win many times and I only hope that luck is with me and I bear responsibility for my actions as an adult woman. Let's think rationally that it is a gambling site and you came here of your own free will. Do not expect things so that you will not be disappointed. Only the things that happened to you. I understand and perhaps you have had big losses and they affected you, but you must calm down a little and everything will be fine. Have hope in winning.
