Ban rain

Man, this is revolting! The unfair ban on Rain is completely absurd! I can't understand what these people are thinking. The guy was just playing it safe, doing what he always did, and suddenly… BAN, a ban comes out of nowhere? Without warning, without decent justification, just punishment, I always collaborate with the community. Being banned for no clear reason is frustrating, it's a lack of respect for those who really like and value the game and the community. If it's an error, correct it quickly! Users deserve respect, and we deserve more transparency.

I encountered the same problem as you. which has entered its 2nd week 

Last week I missed out on the chance to get a code from the weekly live and the weekly live that will be tomorrow as well.. I have been blocked from using the code without any reason or explanation for this.

I love and respect this place. (But I really can't accept what I'm going through right now.)

I am already aware of the requirements for receiving rain, and I always fulfill them all. The problem is that I have seen a series of unfair rain bans and this has been taken advantage of by some players who try to harm others to guarantee more chances for themselves. The situation appears to be out of control, and many are being harmed for no clear reason. I don’t just want support that says everything is “totally fine.” We need a more careful review of these cases to avoid this feeling of injustice in the community.

We understand the rules, but this is not the situation we are facing.

Perhaps it should be adjusted to:
No badge: 5 times per day
Bronze badge: 10 times per day
Silver badge: 15 times per day
Gold badge: 20 times per day
Platinum I: 25 times per day
Platinum II: 30 times per day
... etc.

Yeah.. It's so frustrating with the rainban. It's so easy to notice in the regional chats. 

It last 7 days like codeban, but I keep getting it week after week. Stakes way of thanking me for being down $60.000 this year huh 🫠

Its so unfair and it makes no sense why it triggers the same people all the time. I've got it 4 times the past 5 weeks now. It's absurd how unfair it is.
