I just want to know how monthly bonus is calculated like the duration of wager ? 
 

like upcoming monthly bonus most likely to drop by this 15 of nov 

 

how this is calculated i know it depends on the wager 

 

but i want to know the duration how it is calculated like if this upcoming monthly bonus is going to drop by 15 the wager is calculated from last 15 oct to nov 15 is that ? I went through the all the help topics and researched on net but not find any help full explanation on this. Please help

Im really frustrated the amount of weekly bonus I'm getting received is very less ! The amount i wager i used to be in silver vip level then level up to gold but the amount is still same getting in weekly!

As said no one knows, ask support their copy paste answer is, we checked and all is correct. They have no clue either.

it is calculated based on last 30 days wager & win/loss 

if suppose it comes out today, then 30days activity prior to today
