​💦​ Awareness Regarding Chat Rain Restrictions ​💦​

Hello everyone,

I’ve been an active user for 7 months, participating in various activities like forums, Telegram, and chat events. Throughout this time, I can honestly say most of these activities are enjoyable.

As you may know, users who have a $3500 wager and a minimum KYC 2 verification are eligible for chat rain drops. However, I’d like to address an issue I’ve recently encountered regarding 'shadow bans.'

After my most recent win, I faced a restriction approximately 24 hours later. As shown in the image, after 20 days, I received one rain drop, but then I didn’t receive any further drops after that.

I’ve noticed that many players with a high profitability rate have reported facing this issue as well. Restrictions can last anywhere from a few days to a week in some cases.

While it’s possible that the system is attempting to ensure fair distribution, I’ve observed that some users are unaffected by these restrictions. I believe there should be a more transparent approach regarding this matter.

Regardless of the amount, these restrictions can negatively impact betting momentum. I think users should be informed about restrictions via notifications. At the very least, having a system that provides feedback about these restrictions would lead to a fairer and more efficient experience.

The system is completely random. You have been unlucky with the rain, period.

You should not be chasing rains, rain-farmers are not welcome.

There is nothing called Shadow ban when it comes to rain. The picking of the rain distribution is random. Rain doesn't discriminate. It is random. It is not guaranteed. It doesn't mean anyone tampered with your profile.

It is and it's obvious. It's been proven time after time in the Norwegian chat. Even he moderators there have indirectly acknowledged it, but we're not allowed to talk about it. Moderators does however have no information about it as it is done at the backend of stake. Moderators seems also to be whitelisted from the rainban/shadowban. 

What seems to trigger it is profit in either weekly or monthly stats. And it works exactly like the codeban, last exactly 7 days, but it often retriggers the same day if you still have profit. 

It's completely bullshit and unfair though and it's ruining the local communities. Many of the Norwegian members who are almost all plat and above feel like we can't win at stake without being punished. 

I am down -$60k at stake all-time as platinum 4, but I keep getting the rain ban week in and week out. We're about 5-10 people in the Norwegian community that got it at the moment.

Dang thanks for bringing this forward I thought I was just super unlucky but I don’t think I’ve wagered enough! Good to know what the rains look like and where to find them as well

don't expect too much transparency at this casino...

they will say it's random, even though your account status is 'rainabuser' or 'rain feature' is removed from your account. don't need a skilled IT person to check it lol

Don't trust what they say, Rain Abuser system has been in stake for about 3-4 months, it was made to make sure you won't get any extra bonuses if you are not losing like crazy. They weren't happy enough with the system so they updated it like 2 weeks ago and they made it even more strict, now everyone gets it if you are not down like crazy. So forget about rains, it was a thing of the past.
