Deposits made on 12th November, It's in the Local Currency INR but it's equivalent to 800$. No, Withdrawals in the last 10 days Bonuses Drops: No Rains, Tips, Etc. So, here lies my issue. I deposited around 800$, and I lost the entire 800$ while playing Blackjack/Poker. The reason I play on stake is due to the bonuses (Weekly/Monthly). So, even though I lost the 800$ I was hopeful that I will get good bonuses. But to my displeasure the stats that stake statistics email is showing is entirely wrong. And when I contacted the Live Support regarding this they are refusing to even verify anything and giving robotic answers like "everything is fine, we checked from our end" when clearly everything is not fine. Here, is the Stake Stats mail, Please make it make sense. And I want compensation regarding the lost bonuses. @Steve @Edward@Mikey These stats do not make any sense and will severely affect my bonuses.

But if you play like this then you will always loose. Never bet this much % of money on a single bet. Don't try to go all in. Weekly bonuses are always low so don't depend on them. But we have monthly bonus tomorrow morning so you will get some. But play safe Which VIP level are you in? I think bronze or silver. Always remember, You always have more time than you think.

I agree with you, I noticed discrepancies in the progress of my VIP level and tried to talk to live support and sent an email to support, they said the same thing to me. Since then I am thinking to use stake or not any more. Because same bonuses are I am getting on another plateform without any discrepancies and get live reports as well. But the only problem with them is withdrawal, it never stuck but it takes time like 2-4 hours.
