Why is support prohibited from talking about rain bans?

I have repeatedly noticed, with the traffic and activity in the chat, that for 9 days in a row I had no rain, then the ban was lifted and put back in place, and now I’m on day 5 without rain again. Now I asked the support again, they answer that everything is fine with you. Although many friends face the same difficulties and everyone knows that this is a ban, the same as for drops

this is a myth, no proof that this is real.

its not ok to talk about it on chat, and you might get mute if you do talk about it, just follow the rules and you will be rewarded.

It's a good question and it frustrates many in the Norwegian community as well. We're about 30-40 active people in the Norwegian chat and we're like 10 who's rainbanned atm. 

It seems to trigger by either weekly or monthly profit. 

It's a joke stake pretends it doesn't exist. It's so easy to prove in the regional chats by raining max to 25 users when there's less than 25 active.

Fyi,the rainban is exactly like the codeban and lasts 7 days, but it often retrigger for another 7 days within 1 day of expiring if you're still in monthly profit. 

And before people complain bla bla rainfarmer are not welcome. I'm in a loss of $60.000 at stake as platinum 4 so I'd say I'm allowed to complain about this.

Better check again the chat rules to avoid confusions .. Most of the time ,those who's been muted will hardly get a drop unless they  have huge wagger and super active in chat .

This has nothing to do with mutes.

This. I used to be active in chat and faced this multiple of times.

I used to be in chat but I got muted by a norweigian moderator because I said hello and someone asked mne if I needed a tip. I said, and I quote, "I depo'ed, but if youre ballin like that, sure..."

Are you Norwegian? It's extremely strict to go into other regional chats where you are not from.

I also recieved a rainban... its disgusting, 1 month profit and they ban you... and as usual support says "There is no restriction in your account"....

At night there is only 6 people active in the norwegian chat and i still could not get any rain (50k wager this week)
Insane how they treat their "vip"
