But after deposit i did not get any single penny bonus..... when i contact on support [1st time] it says i'm eligible for that bonus "please allow an additional 24 hours to pass to receive an email regarding your bonus, as there may be a slight delay due to time zones." But after 5 days when i contact on support [2nd time] it says "After checking the account thoroughly we can confirm that such an email was not sent to you. We have a tool to check which marketing-type emails are sent to players, and I can see that email was not sent to you unfortunately. Sadly, you are not eligible for such a bonus, therefore you cannot claim it. Should you need anything else, let us know." What kind of joke is this..........
