I recharged my account at 12:50pm with ₹10000 INR ad i was playing wheel suddenly the game stopped working and my balance was ₹13790 at that time so i tried to place a bet even after ₹13790 balance was in wallet a pop up came that you dont have enough balance to bet and when I refreshed my browser the wallet balance from ₹13790

becomed 0 in seconds 

can anyone help me with this?
