avainferi Posted December 4, 2024 #1 Posted December 4, 2024 Hi there, I typically play on my phone, and for the last 2.5 years have been able to deposit (CAD e-transfer) no problem whether I'm at home, or on my mobile phone somewhere else (not wifi). I have never once used a VPN. Today I tried to deposit on my mobile while in my vehicle, and it kept saying "Transaction failed". Support told me to "deposit on an IP that was successful in the past". When I got home and on my wifi, sure enough I was able to deposit. Why is this happening now? If I'm not able to deposit on demand, I'll be forced to find another site to play on. To expect me to only deposit when I'm on the same IP as previous transactions is frustrating.
