Nothing is wrong with your account and no one can mute your account from receiving rain.

Rain is random and based solely on luck, and even you fulfill all of the requirements, it doesn't mean that you will receive it, since it is random.

It seems to me that people who have a WAGER higher than you see these restrictions better than the fact that support answers you using prepared templates. 😅

There is no prepared templates by support.

They are telling you the truth, and it's the truth. If you are lucky, rain chooses you. If it doesn't choose you, there is nothing anyone wants to do about it.

How many accounts do Support or anyone have to monitor to tell Rain-bot not to function for some users.

Its been ages I received rain, and when I say ages, I mean Yearssss. and I don't have an issue with it. I understand that it is random, and I know one day, luck will shine on me again.

Of course, just like no one forbids taking drops...
