I have a question, when does this promotion start?

It's already active, but this is not a promotion, it's increased rain event in our chats due to the Christmas. Rain is a feature on chat that is sent randomly by RainBot on an hourly basis. To be eligible for rain, you need to have:

1. Wagered over $3,500 USD in the last 7 days
2. Completed level 2 KYC verification
3. To be an active player and participate often on chat

I know the rules for granting rain but they were supposed to be increased and they are no different from everyday ones

Increased to the max it says in selected chats, maybe its just in a few channels. Dont think it is in the one im in. But Its been 5x tho for some days now. So really nice extra feature I think.
