7 day code ban

Is there anyone who is disgusted by their email of the 7 day code ban? Firstly i know I won't win this argument however I would like to let stake community know I am disgusted how stake promotes its players to wager a certain amount only to get an exclusion to your name! According to the T ND C I went against act 12 if I'm not mistaken and abused these codes... sure after losing and risking 600 usd because of something the company promotes to then claiming about 30% of these codes due to the fact high roller codes are the only codes that go out in -30 seconds... after a week of thinking and deep questioning I think I have come to the conclusion that the less one gambles on stake the higher their overall reward will be... thank you *stake* for really putting some sense in my head.

Same thing has happened to me multiple times and no, there is not a reason listed in the email and no point in reaching out to support because despite the generic reason they give it you prove that it happened after you claimed little to no drops they say they are not sure why and it is handled in another department and they cannot do anything to help.
