10 number high is my winning strat. It goes through patches where 3-5 out of 7 bets hits, then 10 bets without a hit, then it goes back to hitting 2-4 bets out of 5-7. I try feeling it and upping my bet. Most of the time it's double 5xs & 13xs, but I've had moments where I've hit 800xs right as I've upped my bet.

 

Bottom line; it's all about luck & upping your bet at the right time while going for 10 tile highs.
