Bonus Link Not Working and No Expiration Mentioned!

I was offered a bonus if I met a specific deposit amount. I fulfilled all the required conditions and even received an email confirming that I could use the bonus. However, the link in the email didn’t work. When I contacted live support, they informed me that the bonus had expired. Unfortunately, the email did not mention any expiration date.

I tried to use the bonus a week later, but I was unable to claim it. This situation has been frustrating, and I hope the company improves its communication in the future by including essential details, such as expiration dates, in their emails and ensuring that the links provided work correctly.
