I fulfilled all the required conditions and even received an email confirming that I could use the bonus. However, the link in the email didn’t work. When I contacted live support, they informed me that the bonus had expired. Unfortunately, the email did not mention any expiration date. I tried to use the bonus a week later, but I was unable to claim it. This situation has been frustrating, and I hope the company improves its communication in the future by including essential details, such as expiration dates, in their emails and ensuring that the links provided work correctly. derincestay Posted January 11, 2025 Author #5 Posted January 11, 2025 Mine was not monthly or weekly. It was supposed to be indefinite, but it had a 1-week period, but it didn't work when I tried it on the 7th day.
