I understand that rain rewards are distributed based on luck, but going four consecutive days without any seems unusual. It feels as though I may have been excluded from receiving these rewards altogether. Additionally, I have not been receiving VIP ladder bonuses or crypto bonuses since reaching Platinum 1 (currently at 86%). This is quite disheartening, especially as I recall Stake's commitment to rewarding loyal, long-term players. Could you kindly look into this matter and clarify the situation? From my experience it seems to trigger when you have profit on the monthly stats and it then last 7 days. It often retrigges for another 7 days after the first 7 days if you still have profit on monthly stats. Completely bullshit and it makes people in the Norwegian community leave stake for longer periods when they get rainbanned. You should wager above $3,500 in the last 7 days to qualify for receiving rain in the public chatroom. Level 2 verification is required as well. And you have to be an active chatter. Also, it's important to note that even if you fulfill these requirements, this is still a matter of luck, as there are a lot of users competing for rain at any given time.
