How could i never recieve the Climb the ladder bonus ever ?

I heard about most people have those bonus email like Climb the ladder bonus, since i enabled my promotion section on setting, but i never got one in my life. How could that be fair. Even bronze got one

I also got the same email recently, i wagered 10k $ recently, I guess thats why

I've had VIP Ladder email 7-8 times since august 2024 and my conclusion is that you have to wager 10% of ur current rank in 1 DAY ish to recieve it.

So at gold-p1 rank I got it 4-5 times.

I wagered 30-40k in a day (p1 to p2 is 2.5k/1%, I got $50 or so at gold/P1 I believe.

At p2 I wagered 60-70k/day 2 times and got $100 each times then at p3 I wagered 700k in 2 days and got $200 vip ladder.

I think it works something like that but still ain't 100% sure.
