Petition too add more networks?

I recently tried depositing a fair bit into stake. Out of my own stupidity i accidentally transferred through the wrong network. “No big deal i thought” as i have had someone transfer to me using the wrong network in the past and it was very easy to retrieve using metamask. But of course when i contact stake about it they say i have to wait until opBNB gets added to the network list. Just seems like they have a whole crypto recovery team for no reason, they obviously did not understand what i was trying to say and seemed like they were trained too just keep declining requests.
