Dice 13x multi cant hit for more than 50 rolls

How is it possible that an game with 99% rtp cant hit a 13x multi for 50+ rolls? Where is the rtp on that?

I got rinsed chasing a 10x.. 57 losses in a row on wheel, maybe would go for longer if i had more balance

play smarter, u can change the seed, and up the base bet

variance, variance can be crazy , you can go 10 even 20x outside that expected number of bets, it happens its just luck, same way in real life I can flip a coin and get 10 heads in a row, doesnt mean its rigged. The next bet you make is still going to have a 7% chance approximately of hitting the 13x  , regardless of the previous 50
