i got bad support recently, i have wagerd over 120k$ this week and website was hanging during crash game, i was using 5G internet my internet speed is like more than 1000mb, i asked support to just refund the last to wagers, was not helping at all

Worthless funds recovery team.

Dont get what the point even is, if they dont even bother looking into the matter. If the funds are lost, they should be able to retrieve it, whether its an EVM based network or a L2. All they do is hit you with the "becareful next time", yeah NO SHIT. 

Please hire some useful people that know how to import networks on metamask and manually retrieve funds rather than rely on automated systems.

To obtain the bonus, it is necessary to reach out to the support team or utilize the live chat feature. However, in the live chat, we only receive responses from a bot, which recommends contacting support via email. Unfortunately, the emails sent to the support team have not elicited any replies.

The main occupation of the mods is to make sure the users are following the chat rules in the Live chat and to give you some basic information. We are not Live Support and therefore, we cannot resolve all your issues.

There is  Live Support in that purpose, to help you in the best possible way to resolve all your issues since they have insight into everything.

Everything is good, always friendly. Problems were always solved promptly.

The only thing are the pre-written standard answers (with the text that can also be found on the help page) that come up from time to time are a bit annoying. When I contact live support, I have already read it and have not gotten any further...

You must make an appeal in the appeals section. You already did this, so you must wait for it to be answered. If you continue making posts about the same subject, you will get a forum restriction. Be patient.

Helpful Assistance: The support team was very professional and provided clear and effective answers to all my inquiries. I felt that they genuinely cared about helping me.

Friendly: All the support staff I spoke with were friendly and understanding, which made me feel comfortable discussing my issue.

Continuous Improvements: I notice that there are clear efforts to improve the service, such as adding helpful information in the FAQ section, which helps users get quick answers.

I feel bad today ,support told me to wait and wait to fix my request. And now they taking back my bonus from $20 to $0.49 . Feel dissapointed and losing trust.

I think Support is always helpful and on time to to help the user and provides accurate assistance also providing link to the topics related to the issue is the best way, so that the user doesn't have to wait and all his queries are cleared out with info already there! So thankyou Stake

Robbed by Evolution & Stake

Last eve at 00:32 UTC i was scammed by @Evo_global on Lightning storm. My bet was on and through. When it came to the payout of 2000x i just was not paid. In the end @Stake told me that the provider rejected my bet. Refunded my bet 2 hours later and thats it. @StakeEddie. @Evo_global support was ignorant and uncooperative and did not even acknowledge such a round existed. @Stake did not look out for my interest and just refunded me the bet 2 hours later. That meant the bet was IN! And since there was no technical error/bet rejection on my screen. Only then did it make sense that i was robbed and got a refund 2 hours later. For an organic player like myself this is robbery. It was a $4 bet and 2000x meant 8k USD. But they chose to give this lame excuse. Even VIP host was just playing ping pong with me. I am appalled and this is disgraceful. Bet ID 298556692064 (stake)

stake live support is not accessible in website it just says contact through mail now days every time we have mail the issue then what's the use of live support just to provide bonus wins or promotions wins it can also be done through mail ? 
i don't know if i am only not able to contact any live support member on website or its everyone if its an issue please provide the relevant steps .
