really support at stake is very responsive and faster than any site ive been at                                                                      
must mention that,                                                                                                                      
sometimes that are issues that take time, like any other site... But they are quick to reply and make you kow that they hear you : )

Stake's support is unrivaled in my opinion.

You just text whatever issue you have, and *sound* the reply is back without 1 minute even passing. Just keep it up guys :) 

Though, i would like to receive a notification here on forum, when a mod/admin/support of Stake posts about something really important like an update, or a giveaway etc. The reason being, i don't have much time to check through of all my unread posts and so i might miss a thread from Stake support/mod/admin that is really important. Other than that, it's all cool :D

Also, there is a solution for your problem - you can follow certain people and certain boards/topics too, not to miss out ;) 

Just click on the Follow button on anyone-you-wish-to-follow's profile:

In the Search menu, you can find all Admins/Mods/Support:

And on topics it is in the upper right corner:

True facts right here!

If you're talking about quality, of course they are better (based on personal experience, they are actually the best team compared to other support team out there). Mods are just "muters".

But if you're talking about quantity, you got it wrong 😄

As for myself I have only needed to use live support one time. Appearently Stake changed my deposit addresses and I didn't realize it, so I sent bitcoin to my old address and it never got credited to my balance.

I talked to live support and explained my issue. They fixed it within a few minutes, crediting my balance right away. They were extremely fast, prompt and very courteous. They did a Great job.

Currently as in this date and since 2018 i have no issues whatsoever with the Staff or Support.

Support works 24/7 whenever anyone needs their assistance either here on the Forum or at Stake.com Casino site.

Resolving most of the issues takes no time if they have the power and knowledge to do so else Support has to contact the devs / superior staff members and wait for feedback where they will eventually contact you providing you the answer you need in a closer future as possible.

Overall i have no issues so far and everything is just great as it is right now ;)

i'm really like stake support and their kindness, quick support and 24/7, that was amazing for me.
sometime i ask them too much noob question and talking with poor english, but they're ever still welcome to me. they are really patient .
but can u guys reply me back in chat when i greeting to u, if i got back hi really happy in real life :P
really thz for help me alot in games guys.
