Why can’t I post on the weekend stream page?

I can post on my created topics. But not on the  weekend stream. There isn’t a “reply” button on the weekend stream page for me. Hmmmmm

Gotta reply to 10 other topics first and it has to take a minute and a half to do so before you can submit it. I didn’t know either
