So Stake got a new Update it seems and its cool  

Also with the update they added a new coin Litecoin so i wanted to ask you guys have you gamble with the new coin ? Yes or no ?  

Also what are your thoughts on the new coin ? Did you predict that it would be some other coin ? 

Well i havent gambled with ltc yet but will try to exchange my btc for that

Yea the faucet is lower which kinda sucks! But i like the fact that they are adding more coins and diversifying what crypto we can play with  All the best guys with your future bets!

These are my first thoughts on the update:

The Good
Introduction of litecoin
Can see the edge % of each game clearly
Chat font (I can understand though why most don't like it as it is very small)
Lag seems to be better
Ability to rain on people
Legends page

The Bad
Rain bot - could cause more spamming
Affiliate campaign % is decreased

The Ugly
Decrease in faucet (i don't use it personally, but it's bad news for those who do)

Also Dan I wanted to ask you this. Why didnt you guys use like a copy of stake but in another site and just like try the update there before implementing ? Another thing when will Tip log be brought back and also until then anyway to check our tip logs ? Its really frustrating since people who have loans can misuse this somehow. Like if a lender has a loan on someone and sudenly the person lender gets tipped the loanee can be like I payed back. 

Also messages seriously like why ? Ok copy pasting is fine but isnt that against the rules ? 😛 But why the messages tab ? The old one was much much better. 

Another thing my previous messages deleted ? Or backed up in a SQL database or something ? 😛

I did not say it's the same games, for sure.

The update is very similar to primedice, the chat is basically the same only changed the side, faucet is the same amount and without the timer...

Knowing the opnion of the users is important, even if you do not care.
It's okay if you do not agree, but respect the user's opinion.
Is the forum to discuss, whether to agree or disagree, or not?

Its always been on the right? Its the same chat as the old stake? The chat hasn't been changed other than a font size slightly. Would you like a before and after shot? 

I don't see where your comment added any value to the discussion. Everyone else has provided great meaningful responses, but you just chose to spam. Its a literally a single sentence without any explanation. Just a statement that doesn't actually have any relevance to anything because nothing is made relevant! I simply contributed to this discussion as much as you did. It clearly worked because now you took time to make a meaningful response. I'm genuinely proud of you, this is now your largest comment on the forum!  You should also find that you have earnt far more satoshi making that post than all of these one liners below that you typically make.

1. Agreed, 
2. The player is always right, they are the ones who play!
3. Discussions aren't fuelled by one lined irrelevant statements. It would be the same as me starting a topic: Not all cats are black!
   Meaningful discusison involves explainations, opinions and views/reasoning. Not just a blind statement that doesn't provide any valuable feedback.

So why do you feel its nothing more than a copy of primedice? What exactly? Do you not like the certain features you listed that you believe are stolen form primedice?

The site actually was tested, for 2 weeks, the new issues are results of a few last minute chages to the deployment process. All new issues. The decision to push the update early is made by Edward and Stunna, the developers do their best to try and make things work in time, despite being ready or not, its not really in teh developers hands. Thats just how things are. 

I am not a developer of the site so it's no offence to me, no worries! I just develop the forum, its plugins and the other community tools.

to be clear about faucet, aside from amount reduced (100 > 50 sat and 1200 > 500 eth):

1. there's still 3 minutes limit between each claim, but the visible countdown timer is removed

2. there's a faucet limit now, i hit the "try again in 21 hours" when i'm claim probably my 20th times faucet of the day (i didn't count)

there's also a rainbot now, which to be honest i don't see the point aside from forced activity and distract from reduced faucet

and to be honest.. i don't understand why you change the chat to dark theme (if i want a dark theme i'd just click the button, why force it on me?)

Ironically, you earn 1,000 satoshi for a response on a topic. which would take you 20 claims of the faucet to achieve. And leaving this response for example wouldn't have taken more than 20 seconds. Have we just discovered something here? I'll let you be the judge 😛

The values are set by Edward and Stunna, i believe the main reason is probably because the faucet was added to allow new players to have the opportunity to try the games for free, faucets aren't actually supposed to be used to make money, that's not how a business works. They faucet amounts can be changed at any time from their admin controls.

My understanding is that the faucet isn't actually required anymore since you can play the games without balance now (making 0 wager bets.) So I would probably be confident in assuming the faucet isn't actually a necessary feature anymore.

I like the new site.  I like LTC and like that players can now close the chat window, that should have been added long ago.

I like the idea of the rainbot, though people need some guidance on if it is driven more by playing, as is the case at Primedice, or by chatting.  I'm guessing the former.

I don't like the smaller chat font, but I'll live.

I think the discussion of spammers and making meaningful comments on the forum deserves its own thread.  I think this is a fairy minor problem as right now it is MUCH more lucrative to make alts for the discord giveaway than to spam here, e.g. you'd have to make 70 high quality posts here, after the probation period, to equal ONE Discord win.

Thanks for always trying to make things better Stake!

EDIT: Also, since I've been critical before, major kudos to Stake for clearly communicating before hand about the outage and update!

Second of all he isnt the one that developed stake site just the forum. 

Third of all he said that was because he didnt develop stake or helped in developing the Stake V 2 at all so he just said that as a joke because he knew that that was the peoples opinion. 

Fourth of all in this situation I am thinking you are the one who is attacking Dan. 

Fifth of all he is the one who at least allows or helps us to gamble with the sats we get from the site. 

Sixth of all he was saying that the first sentence you posted might have gotten you like 100 sats but the other one might have given you like 400 sats or more. 

Seventh of all setting a minimum limit is the worst decision since some questions or discussions can be answered with 20 words or more or less but people to reach the minimum will bullshit things.

@Dan I do loans here on Stake (on the forum of course), but I make arrangements and communicate with my debtors on the PM messages in Stake (inbox).

Are the messages permanently deleted, or will they be restored?

If they won't be restored, could I request them on a database file?

I know most people use the PM for fun and games, but I use a lot of it to keep track of my loans.

@Kate its fine no need to worry, this whole conversation is publicaly available to anyone who wants to read it and I’m sure it’s evident that some people have issues with the faucet reduction and are acting out irrationally because of it. If a user thinks I’ve attacked them within this thread in any shape or form, it’s going to be a tough time to explain where and how. Let’s get back on topic shall we

You should post about minimum withdraw issues in the section mentioned above, this is some insightful feedback! From one line statements to constructive feedback with reasoning, look at you go! I think my work here is done
