NOT GETTING STAKE EMAILS?

So I have been suspected for a while that I have not been receiving stake promotional emails. This all started a few months ago , everyone else getting those bonus emails but not me even tho im plat 2 and deposit regularly. I did not even get my bday bonus email so i had to contact support to get it. I'm getting my monthly and pre post emails just not any promotional emails woth or without bonus. I reported to support but they didn't find  anything helpful for me. Recently I reported couple bugs to stake and they added me to this bug bounty program list i have no idea about. I was supposed to get its email today. Again i did not get it . Support said they sent it twice and I still haven't got it. My promotional email settings is on too. Anyone else experienced this? Or have a fix?

Sometimes it's happened you will get your bonuses lately if you are eligible , and about your b'day bonus you should have level 2 kyc before your b'day , if you have done that and not received your bonus then you should contact support about this 😊

I already did multiple times they cant help

maybe spam folder or you blocked stare email by mistake

I'm not getting emails with bonuses too, maybe you have to take rest from stake to get emails
