yeah bro.. i also won a live challenge and didnt get reward.. and support said the challenge was already claimed but the challenge is still active on their site today..

Its crazy.

yeah. I was gonna get more than that..

Its not fair, i was chasing this challenge for nothing, but still its a great win and im happy for it.

I have a similar experience

In my case, I was going to hit 3900.

I was told that I was disqualified if it was not perfect for the support staff.。When I tell you that it's strange It will be on hold for confirmation.

I recently realised that I could convey it on the forum, and when I asked the manager, he got a nuanced answer that it would be okay to exceed the magnification.

I told it to the live support, but it was a challenge in the past, so I was disqualified.

But if that's the casino's judgement, I'll follow it. Because I had fun😊
