What makes a "high quality" post. I was reading Steve's post on having at least 10 high quality posts for the forum giveaway. Would this be considered as one ? hah and if not, what are the standards. Thanks

I think high quality such post which are helpful to other as well, and avoiding scamming post , begging post

Do they skip you it your posts are not good enough? And how do they pick from page? All or just one? and how? it's so unclear
