moneymoney009 Posted March 25, 2025 #2 Posted March 25, 2025 See 1st time this type of worning lol this email shows binance have some parents features haha
ansnun Posted May 23, 2025 #4 Posted May 23, 2025 (edited) Received the same warning today. Been using deposit and withdrawal from binance to stake directly for years.... it is as if what I have been doing is illegal, gambling is allowed in my country. Funny that I just seen stake allowing connection to different exchanges... Here is what I found from reading the different terms and conditions Binance f. use Binance Services to conduct or participate in lotteries; gambling activities; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making; fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes; internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; or games of chance, to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law; Coinbase Unlawful Gambling: Lotteries; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making; fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes; internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; or games of chance that are not sanctioned by a governmental body or regulatory authority. Bifinex - nothing about gambling Kraken You won't: use Our Content to engage in, pay for, or support any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct, including illegal gambling activities, money-laundering, or terrorist activities, So, what is exactly "lawful gambling" for coinbase? Am I "conducting" internet gambling to binance by being simply a user or bet taker? Isn't Stake a "legalised gambling company" and therefore allowed by kraken terms? Seems to me that this is once again restrictive measures imposed by governments, similar to as not being able to use USDT anymore as european citizen due to MICA regulation. Fuck this oppression, why can't I use my money as I want? Edited May 23, 2025 by ansnun

I saw the whole discussion about Binance and the risks of gambling connected with it, and honestly, I think it’s a good reminder that not every platform is built with players’ best interests in mind. Some of them really don’t give you enough transparency about deposits, withdrawals, or even basic fairness. That’s why I try to be careful and choose places where I know the terms are clear. For example, I’ve shared my own experience with PlayOJO https://playojo.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and what stood out for me was the open way they handle bonuses and payouts. If more sites followed that model, people wouldn’t have to deal with so many frustrations.
