I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free. Additionally, I am a Stake promoter and actively promote Stake Rewards through my Telegram group. I will soon start a YouTube and Instagram page to further engage the community and grow the Stake brand. Warnings, Mutes, or Bans: Yes, I was muted once for chat jumping at the very beginning of my Stake journey. However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. I’m active on the chat around 6–8 hours daily, regularly engaging with the community and helping other users. I understand that a moderator’s role is to maintain a respectful and positive chat environment, enforce community rules, assist users, prevent spam or scams, and promote healthy discussions. I want to become a moderator because I’ve been an active member of the Stake community for a long time and truly enjoy interacting with others here. I’d like to contribute more by helping keep the chat friendly and organized, while representing the Indian community positively. I was muted some times in the past due to a misunderstanding and awarness about what to do nd donts, but I took full responsibility and learned from the experience. Since then, I’ve been following all chat rules carefully and helping others do the same. I also have prior experience moderating Discord and Telegram communities related to gaming and crypto, where I managed chats, handled reports, and engaged respectfully with members. I’m fully available for nighttime shifts and can adjust my schedule whenever needed.

The primary duty of a moderator include managing dialogue participation through supervision of discussion activities. Community moderators have two main duties: upholding rules while promoting courteous discussions and handling various unacceptable activities which include spam and hate messages along with violence toward others and occasionally providing guidance during conversations. 4. Want to be a moderator because i look this as a job opportuninty to and it was my dream also 5. I was muted 3,4 times , but from last 12 months , I didn't get muted. The job of a moderator is monitoring discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment by filtering spam and inappropriate content and help people who have issues related to stake and guide them the correct path. 4. The answer is very simple I want to be a moderator because I love helping people and interact with them and I love my time on stake chatrooms guiding people. 5. Yes, yesterday I got muted just because I went to Pakistan chatroom channel because I was unaware of the rule of jumping chat. After that I've read each and every chatroom rule very carefully. 6. Yes I've been a moderator to some youtube channels and currently I am a moderator of a YouTube channel of a content creator and gamer since 2019. 7. They also monitor scammers and unethical activities to maintain a fair space for all members. Why I Want to Be a Moderator: I am passionate about helping and guiding the community. I have strong communication skills and experience in managing online communities. I have noticed an increase in scammers and rule-breakers and would like to help keep the chat safe for Indian users. I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free. Additionally, I am a Stake promoter and actively promote Stake Rewards through my Telegram group. I will soon start a YouTube and Instagram page to further engage the community and grow the Stake brand. Warnings, Mutes, or Bans: Yes, I was muted once for chat jumping at the very beginning of my Stake journey. However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. A moderator needs to just need everybody in check and mute/ban/take necessary action for people breaking the rules Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I am interested because it will help me earn money , new experiences and make me part of one of the sites i wanted to work for which is Stake Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? No , As i mentioned i don't chat for no reason so i practically used chat for a very less time . Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I am young like 19M so i really don't have experience in stuff like moderation but i have time which this company needs Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Yes, I am glad to be part of it .

Answer) A moderator job is to assist the chat users & help maintain decorum, discipline in the chatroom being in an admin role. Basically to create a safe, healthy environment & enhancing the user/stake experience. 4) Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Answer) Because I like interesting & connecting to different people. 5) Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Answer) I was muted only once inappropriately for chatting in English as the moderator was against English usage! But I managed to unmute by reacting out to stake support.
