i believe that the work of a moderator is to look for any discrepancies in an around and make a better decisive decision for the betterment of a community.

as a fellow indian from Nagaland. i believe that there's people who have been introduced to stake by me and also many more who have seen ads about stake and as a user who have joined since 2020, i have vast knowledge on how to help users (espcially to someone who can hardly write in hindi and use english on hindi speaking channel ) 

As far as im concerned, i have never been muted, warned or banned.

No i haven't. but i do stream sometimes and watched streamers alot. so i know how mods work.

Yes, I received a minor mute early on when I was still learning the ropes and unfamiliar with the rules. However, I took it as a learning experience, fully familiarized myself with the guidelines, and have maintained a completely clean record since then.

Yes, I have prior experience moderating online communities and gaming chat rooms, where I successfully handled conflict resolution, managed fast-paced chats, and kept user engagement positive.
