They only accept BTC for deposits and withdraws, withdraws can take a couple hours sometimes, but they're always fairly quick compared to other sports betting sites. They also offer promos and free bets on Twitter and such from time to time. They're promos are for huge payouts if they hit, they also have parlay jackpots, survivor pools, etc. and a poker room (though not hugely popular).
