Issue not being resolved

Dear Stake Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my Stake account. When attempting to when i tried to place a bet I receive the error message: "Sorry, you cannot currently do this. Please contact support for further assistance."


I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end.

I had also sent 2-3 mails in past weeks
But did not get any response

I am trying to contact support but I am unable, as I am unable to withdraw my crypto balance from stake wallet. Everytime I am trying this popup is showing up "Withdrawal address is incorrect or the wallet is temporarily unavailable. Please contact support." I am not getting any live support or chat option neither getting reply on email.

Hy did you made it back in mean I am also facing same current issue
