[Suggestion] Crypto-currency trading improvements

Hi all, just a suggestion for people trying to trade one form of crypto to another. One big issue is trust, specifically who tips who first, and whether the second person will keep to their word and tip back (in another currency) Can we have staff middleman the trade to ensure the safety of everyone?

For example, A wants to trade 100k satoshi (BTC) to 3m ethoshi (ETH), B wants to trade 3m ethoshi to 100k satoshi. What I suggest is they both pay staff, maybe with 1% fee as incentive for staff to actually do this. So A pays 101k satoshi to staff, B pays 3.03m ethoshi to staff, then staff pays 3m ethoshi to A and 100k satoshi to B.

Edit: I'm very open to exchange services adding their service fee on top! Take the above example, A trades 101k satoshi (BTC) to staff, B trades 2.91m ethoshi (ETH) which is 3m x 96% assuming 4% fee + 1% middleman fee to staff, and staff pays 2.88m eth to A and 100k satoshi to B.

Becoming more relevant than before due to the marketplace phasing out.

Please post your feedback, thanks!

I believe it's more of a job for the community rather then another get rich staff scheme. The staff get paid to support us when we have queries. Please allow others a chance to offer exchanges. However, as the market place is being phased out on Monday, I will continue services as normal in my PM or forum PM. Anyway, although staff are here, this will also mean more work for them and I assure you that they are up to their knees with work. So not a good idea. This is not because I want to take the business, it's generally because they are busy. Although I have no problems personally with people exchanging with staff.

Anyway, I don't believe staff will approve on this so it's best exchanging with those who you can trust respectively in my opinion.

I don't think mods being rich has anything to do with this, since the fee I'm suggesting is very little (Mods can make their own fees depending on how busy their schedules are). This is simply a way to have trusted trading without anyone being suspicious of being scammed. If you have any other way of doing that I'm all ears. And I don't mean reputation, since new traders will always be suspicious without a vouch system/sub-forum on here (which I also suggest we add).

Also, I don't think mods are getting paid enough. They are pretty much paid to babysit a bunch of gamblers, at least half of which are passive/beggars/both. I dare you to compare the wages mods get here vs the ones in actual casinos, taking into consideration irl casinos do NOT tolerate beggars whatsoever while here they only mute, and mute again, and again... meaning more work.

Lastly, Mods feeling nice or are already rich can offer 0% fee. It's entirely up to them :) My idea was just to compensate them for their efforts.

P.S. I didn't say you can't do your business @darkblood069. I'm ok with your fee added on top of the middleman fee, e.g. your 4% + 1% mm fee = 5%, me paying 4.5% you paying 0.5%. It's a minimal amount considering the peace of mind that comes along with it.
