That doesnt mean you won If your page was picked. Some has to choose someone from that chosen page. Not all page wins

really? why are page numbers randomly selected and then post IDs separately?

I thought the whole page was winning, after all, that's why page numbers are drawn, and then post numbers.

you didnt win.

pages are drawn and assigned to vip hosts, and they pick a random person from that page.

Wow won't that be nice. But no they only pick one person per page. 
The indiviual ID's drawn are individual winners who don't need to rely on their page being picked and and also getting picked from that winning page.

So It's basicaly a lottery. Got to  pray that the mod on your page has intergrity and looks at your post favourably to choose you. What I wonder is what will stop a mod from just dishing out to their friends every weekend.
