Maximum Bet limit reached or game is not allowed whilst rollover

Hi @MladenS, @SanjaT, Actually i referred using C3000 code and today I got the deposit bonus of 8000 inr value amount in usdt and then onwards it is showing a popup Maximum Bet limit reached or game is not allowed whilst rollover like this and not allowing me to place bet in sports and casino... is there any solution to this ??? and also I am unable to withdraw my existing balance also....

Hello,

Activating the deposit bonus has some requirements, and one of these requirements is that you are not allowed to play Stake Original Games while the Rollover is activated. 

Also, you will not be able to withdraw money until you lose your deposit and the deposit bonus amount and/or fulfill the rollover requirement. If you do not want this to happen again, contact support and ask them to deactivate your deposit bonus.

The only way to contact them is to send an email to [email protected].  Send an email and wait patiently

@Farissir the stake team has deactivated the services related to [email protected] email services recently .... now what can I do now because my wallet value is 12000 inr 🥲🥲 now I cannot my amount also
