Wagering requirements to withdraw money

Hi all, 

I tried withdrawing money today but was asked to meet the wagering requirement.

I was asked to wager 100% of the deposit amount.

I was never asked this before, been with Stake since 5 years.

 

is it something new stake has started ?

Hello,

This requirement has been in place for a couple of months.  New deposits cannot be withdrawn until you have wagered 1x the deposit amount. This requirement is in place to prevent coin mixing.

Is there to make people have to bet and hopefully lose before taking it out again I dont see a problem with it at all but lets call it for what it is .)
