rovish1014 Posted May 14, 2025 #1 Posted May 14, 2025 I want to reset my 2fa authentication and i am trying to email on stake support and i guve them everything what they said but how can this requirement that they said they need this address history when i don't know which one wallet i used i am sending email from my registered email i give them my username and everything

We regret to inform you that, due to prior security updates implemented on the account, any future changes to the email address or two-factor authentication (2FA) settings have been permanently disabled. Another option that can help me?
