What is the possibility of getting 'rain' even when you are eligible to receive and how frequently does rainbot gives rain daily?

For your kind info , Rain is random for all the eligible users , may be it comes more for cute users , just kidding 😉.

10 eligible users are randomly selected still there is a high probability of getting rain consecutively if other eligible user's involvement in chat is negligible. Thanks !

rains are so random, you can get 10 one day and u can also get 0 one day
