I have never been muted in chats or anything , then also live support directly self excluded me for 6 months out of this 6 months 3 and half months are over please remove my self exclusion 

No one as helped me to get out of this exclusion

Not like that , I have never been disbehaved or not a single mute but why I self excluded directly for 6 months

Our CM team does not handle cases related to self-excluded users, so unfortunately, you will need to contact customer support directly.

We are unable to assist you with this matter, but they will most likely be able to provide the appropriate assistance as soon as possible.
