Level 4 verification

Am a very active user of stake . Was doing very good and then suddenly my account is banned .customer support asked me to do verification till level 4 i have submitted all the documents as per there instructions and still my level 4 verification is rejected I don’t even know the reason please help me..

You can ask list of documents, what they need, and do exactly what they said. Side docs they always reject unfortunantly

Usually no any problems with verification , just ask exactly what documents they request and that’s it
